How do I book a class?+
Select 'Book' from the menu, choose your child, select the subject and learning challenges, choose an available slot, and submit the request. The teacher will review and approve your request.
How long does approval take?+
Usually within 24 hours. You will be notified by email once your request is approved.
How do I make payment?+
We support bank transfer (Maybank) and DuitNow QR. After payment, upload your proof of payment and the admin will verify it.
What types of classes are offered?+
We offer Group classes (maximum 5 students), Private classes (1-to-1), and Trial classes. Classes are available online or in person.
Can I change or cancel a booking?+
Yes, you can cancel a booking from your dashboard before it is approved. For changes after approval, please contact the teacher.
How do I buy learning modules?+
Go to 'Modules' from the menu, find the module you want, add it to your cart, and continue to checkout. Once payment is verified, you can download the module.
Is there a download limit for modules?+
You can download purchased modules anytime from the 'My Modules' page. Download links are temporary (1 hour) for security reasons.
How can I contact the teacher?+
